Default Pointers on Performance tuning the DYNA

Finally installed my Dyna Ignition. Seems sluggish Mid-way to topend. Guess the Dyna is working OK. Swapped it to my buddy's completely stock 02 Prairie and it would pull hold my bike almost two quad lengths. Also noticed that My bike did not increase idle speed after I installed the DYNA. MPH increased 2 MPH to 65. I left the holeshot wiring attached. I did get a very small backfire when letting off the throttle after a high speed pass. Guess I'll start the jetting Saga.
Any recommendations would be most appreciative. My mods are listed in my signature
