Default checking 650 valves warm or cold tight or loose

I read adjust valves on cold motor. Is this correct.

Do these vavles make noise when they need adjusting. I heard they make no noise.

is .10mm better than .15mm for intake ? the same

is .20mm better than .25mm for exhaust or either is ok

Yes, do em cold. Set them in the middle of the spec as best you can. I couldn't hear mine before or after the adjustment.
