Very poor service
#1
I got back a week ago from my first trip to Hatfield-McCoy. It was awesome! I'm definately going back soon! While I was there I bent a tie rod on a trail. No big deal. I went to the closest Kawi dealer in Logan, WVa. . I have never been treated so poorly by a business before. When I walked in the salesman at the door looked at me like I had two heads. What an arrogant jerk! I asked for the service dept. and was met with a grunt and a directional head shrug. I guess they don't want to deal with someone who bought their V-force some where else for a lot less than the $6899 they're asking. Can you say $6499 MSRP? Then the guy in the service dept. tells me it would be at least three days before he could get the rods in. Then he goes on to tell me that they sell alot of V- forces and he never heard of anyone bending a tie rod. I guess no one ever goes back there for parts or service since the attitudes are so bad. Definately go to W. Va to ride if you can, it's worth every cent. Just don't waste your time going to the Kawasaki shop in Logan.
