Default BIG BORE KITS "WHAT SHOULD I GET"

I want to put a big boore kit on my old P650. I was thinking about going out to 800 or so. Should I use my 650 or would it be better to use my STP700 to go with an 800 or does it even matter which one. I am not looking to build a puller, more a sleeper drag bike, so if there is a better size for that let me know. Also what has to be done to the clutch and trans in general to keep the reliabilty up on it. I realy want to be able to pull up next to piped v-forces, ds650's, and raptors and smoke em at the sand drags.

Tell me what I need.

Mickey's kit will only take a 650 out to a 765, I believe. Unless you have the crank stroked, then you gain another 85cc's.

The 765 still should put a beat down on any piped, jetted bike.

So would that kit take my STP700 out an 800, I am torn as to wich bike to puch out. on one hand I pretty much use the P650 for trail Riding in rough areas and as a spare. I am thinking maybe I should goahead and puch out the 700 since I am the only one who rides it and I would still have my spare and trail bike with my 650. Plus If i am understanding you correctly I can get even more gains from the STP700 than the 650.

What can a guy expect to spend on a turn key job like this and what about the radiator and trans, do I need to do any modds there to handel the big bore kit.

In another post you were recomending an FST kit, is tht the mickey kit you are talking about here or is that somthing different?

Same money will make your 700 into an 800 verses 650 into a 765. No brainer to me. Talk to Mickey about price. 814-842-6159 after 4 pm. EST

You'll need some clutching to get all that power to the ground.

You are right I think I will put the kit on the 700, What about the CDI box I have a stock one and a performance one, but both are for a 700cc motor. will either one of them work once the motor is punched out to 800cc's and will the stock coolant system handel the 800cc motor.

Talk to Mickey about all that, he will know whats best for his kits.

Yes the Dyna CDI will work with the big bore kit, and it will raise the rev limitor. I think Mickey recommends "Evan" to put in the cooling system. Again talk to Mickey, I don't want to speak for him.
