I'm sitting here thinking about the first oil change for my new BF750 wondering if I should use synthetic oil like I do with most of my other vehicles. The owners manual simply states the ratings (which the synthetics all have), and the weight, but doesn't say wheether you can use synthetic or dead dynosaur juice....
Any thoughts???

 

If it were me I would wait until about 400-500 miles before switching to synthetic, you want to be VERY sure the rings are seated before going to syn.......

 

I agree, I went with Mobil 1 synthetic at 363 miles. No problems at all.
