My friend has a 99' Prarie 300 and if the battery goes dead or a fuse blows somewhere (cant rememeber exact one) it will act like it has a rev limiter. In any gear and wont move under its own power. Once teh battery is up to par or the fuse is changed, it runs great, no problems at all. What causes this?
