Default Lakota at the drag races

I was thinking about entering my lakota into the drags at the fair. Its stock besides a KG clutch kit and uni filter. They are a torquey quad and i'm light, so i think it would do pretty good.

What does everyone think..........would i have a chance up against a 300ex, mojave, 400ex, and others similar to those(all stock)?

You may be light but your quad weighs 460lbs!

you probably won't do to well, because the lakota lacks the manual clutch and the weight is an issue. But you won't loose all that bad,i had my lakota with just a pipe on it against 2 stock 300ex's and only lose by about 1 quad length. So you get your clutch in good tmaxx?

Hey i would still enter it,because it will probably be fun and some of the riders might not be that skilled.

true, but if a mo rider weights oh say 180 on a 380pd quad and me being 130 on a rockota, it somewhat evens out. I can work with the 30pd diff.
but anyway, would i have a chance? have you ever draged a kota or 300ex mith the mo?

A lakota can compete or maybe beat the 300ex or mojave. It all depends on the rider if equal riders on both, the lakota will most likely lose by about 1-2 quad lengths (not to much).Say if your a better rider than other people you could go in there and beat most mojaves and 300ex's,so keep practicing.

na man i would run the sport class like you were planning, because i think it would be funner and if there alot of people there most likely you will beat some of the people and show them up on your lakota.

man king, thats a real nice collection.

I was thinking of buying an older honda trx 300 or a king quad just for winter plowing and trail riding. How do you like yours in mud and snow?
