Exhaust Jack

Exhaust Jack
I seen this on a vehicle testing TV show but never seen one in a store or anywhere else, wondering if they are available?
It's an airbag exhaust jack that was used for 4x4 trucks, you simply put the bag under the truck which had a hose flared that fit over your exhaust. It pumped the truck up in no time/seconds and off it's high center. took it off and threw it back in the truck.
We were talking of a similar jack for winter driving, just talking of how even a beach ball would lift your bike up enough to get snow under the tires to relieve being high centered. An exhaust jack would be perfect, light weight, fast and easy to throw in your box.
Lifting a bike is too heavy a work for a man with a good back, let alone bad. I would love to have a smaller version of what I seen for 4x4 trucks, anybody seen anything or have any idea's of how to make one if not available?
