Default prairie 360 question

ok, when im driving in 4 wheel drive somtimes i hear a sould from the front end like it is metal moving around. Im almost sure its no big deal but i am a neat freak on this kinda stuff. somtimes i turn the handlbars when it is not even on and there is like a little pop and then its fine.when i was taking a closer look, when the 4 wheelers was off i grabbed the front cv and tryed to rotate it in the forward and back and it moved just slightly and a then pushed it in twards the shaft and it had just a slight amount of play in it also, is this supposed to be here or not. Try in on your to see if yours dose it

Default prairie 360 question

Hey alwaysrides

When I am in 4 wheel drive, especially in low range going down vertical hills that I wont go back up, my frontend clanks and clunks especially bad at slow speeds. It does not make any noise when hammering it through the mud in wheel though---I would guess that yours is normal---You might want to try changing your front end oil--I keep saying I am going to put the mobil 1 5w40 in it that I run in the crank, but I havent gotten around to it yet.

From bits and pieces Ive picked up from this site, I would have to sat Kawi's are reliable, BUT NOISY!!

What year is your 360?

If I'm not mistaken, I think the owners manual gives a description of what the flashes mean---if not, search the site, it has been discussed many times
