oh yeah, is 7300 for a red brute force with winch installed and a helmet a good price?

All I can say is there are two plugs in the rear of the machine that don't lead to anything. Maybe one plug is for a power outlet and the other is for trailer lights? That is a good price, I ordered mine before they were even avalible and paid 7400 just for the machine, I thought that was fair seeing how they can't even take them out of the crates they come in before they sell them.

Specs quoted in the magazines are notoriously incorrect; They still claim that the Brute has a four 40W headlight system which is false. If you believe the wiring schematic from the Brute Force service manual, which is also in error, the two rear connectors are the accessory lead, and a 10 watt reverse light.

The Brute wiring schematic does show a reverse light as well as a horn. Both of these are clearly
outlined with broken lines and denoted with letters for a corresponding country...such as AU for
Australia and GB for the United Kingdom. One can only assume these two items are sold on the
Brute models for those countries. Therefore, they are included in the schematic.

The schematic I have seems to show the two headlights as 40 watts and the two "position" lights
as 5 watts.

Mudcon, what do you think of the Brute's handling vs. the Rincon's, on trails such as at Windrock?

Tyr, in looking at the actual "position" light bulbs in size and brightness, I think they are really 5w, so I guess they only replaced the Prairie's 2x45w system with the Brute's 2x40w and 2x5w for the same current draw and same generator. Maybe someone will sell some aftermarket bulbs for the outer lights? Ths schematic shows an optional horn too. Also, where is the electric fuel pump which is controlled by the Igniter?

prairie633,
I don't have the schematic in front of me at the moment...so I can't verify whether it is
in the schematic or not. I'll check and post back. I don't really recall seeing it either.
