Should I get Prairie or Brute Force?
#1
Hi all. I currently ride a V Force which I really enjoy for sport riding and very little trail riding. But, my friends all have 4X4 and go mudding and trail riding so I am looking to also get a BF or Prairie. I believe the majority of the ridding is a mixture of trail and mud, as in mud on the trails. I would also like to have a fast enough 4x4 to run on some dirt tracks when I am out sport ridding on a 4x4. The key thing I guess is versatility. Any opinions on the pros cons of the BF vs. Prairie? Thanks for any input.

Agree, if your used to sport riding, you will be dissapointed with the BF, higher center of gravity makes it tippier, and the IRS will not allow rear end corner slide with high speed trail riding. It will roll or want to dip, the prairie is very fun and kicks *** in the mud and swamp.

thanks for the feedback. scrambler is out, want to stick w/the v twin.
based on the feedback most think the prairie is more sport like for a 4x4 utility quad. is this due to the single rear axle as opposed to the brute's independent rear suspension?
