Default general info and help

What's up?! I'm a newbie but am getting some good info from reading your posts. Here's what I got and what I'm looking for. Bought a '03 P360 4x4. The guy who had it before me welded a "hitch plate" for 1.25" receiver where the standard winch mounting plate should be. I'm finding alternate winch mounting products for everything except the 03 p360. Any help? I'll be going to Dayco belt (thanks for posts) and would like to find the service manual somewhere other than the dealer. Any more help? Need to do a belt change and prob. adjust linkage as quad is occasionally not wanting to do into forward gear without grinding a little. Thanks guys and be safe.

Welcome to the forum. I cant help you with the winch. but I can bump this post for you so maybe someone can reply. You can often find the service manual on ebay. Alot of times you can turn your Idle up a little and it will let you shift easier. Might try that first.

i dont know anything about the 360p but it should be the same as the 650/700p tranny.

it sound like you need to adjust your shift linkage. its not hard to do, nor do you need a manual to do it. just turn the rod just a little bit at a time and check it. remember that one of the locking nuts on the rod has reverse threads, cant remember which one. i think its the bottom locking nut. put a mark on the rod so you can see how much you have went. probably no more than a half of a turn.

which way you ask. it all depends if you to tight or loose. just play with it a little and you will get it.

you could also go to NYROC site. he has alot of things for the 360/650/700p. and i think he has it printed out on how to adjust your shift linkage.
