You havent had a problem on the p700 or tp because it was an issue with the 633. They fixed it when they upgraded the prairie to a 700, mainly because it needed a new cdi anyway.

I have an 04 legend gt sled with the v1000 rotax 4tec in it. Its a great machine. An atv based on that engine would be incredible, I cant wait to see it released and ride one.

Both my P650 and my Brothers are 2002's and have fuel lights where the belt light is on later models, is that why they don't do it either. Did they not have that belt indicator/limp mode devices on the early models.

Alwaysride,

Is there a picture of the new Brute Force 650 on Kawasaki's website? I was just on there and didn't see it.

If you go to the atv menu, click on brute force. There will be a listing for a 650, 650 camo, a 750i, and 750i camo.

Deerchooper,
I don't think there will be a Prairie 750 because they are being converted to Brute Forces. So, there will probably be a Brute Force 750 with a straight rear axle instead.

Just wondering, will the Brute Force 650 plastic fit my Prairie 650?

littleboy, they will not get rid of the prairie.... look how long the prairie has been out. they should and probably will do the 750p just to keep the market locked, you could have the biggest/ most powerfull quad in ether sra or irs.

polaris/yamie/honda/ac/suzki would not have any way of compeating with that line up, the only thing they would have going for them is there followers.....

I bet it will. I was looking at that too. It looks to me the front plastic, rear plastic the front bumper assymbly, and the handelbar plastic are new but it looks like the seat might be the same along with the side plastic, The air box door is different but the plastic on the sides of it appears to be the same. The headlights look the same aswell but it might take a new mounting bracket for them I can't tell. I would try it but I just bought all new plastic for my old red prarrie both all the red and black plastic along with black twin peaks racks and a twin peaks front bumper and cladding to give it a new updated look.

well, here is how i see it. With a msrp of 6599, im sure it will be on the list of people wanting to buy and 500 and liking the price of a 650. Also most of the time the price range will actully be like 6000 for a deal. most people wouldnt mind spending just a little more money if any to get the 650 over any other 500 or so. Besides it will out best any 500 in most catagorys. Later.
