Default Which module & which clutch mod

I am thinking about getting a module or CDI. Which one is better, how much do they cost, and where do I buy them? Also, I am looking at possible different clutch springs, which ones should I use. I currently own a stock for now P700 with 25" mudrunners.

I also recommend the Dyna CDI. You can get it for a little over $220.00 on Ebay or do a search for Dynatech. I also would recommend the EPI black secondary spring. You can get that for about $28.00

I went with the DG5 its a $100 less than the CDI, and works great. The cdi does away with the reverse limiter, which is an important safety feature. Plus the $100 i saved I used to help get some skid plates. And the DG5 has an on and off switch built in , so when the wife takes the Prairie for alil spin I can turn it off so she don't beat my wheelie distance record lol. You would have to change out the CDI to go back to stock. <<< Just my 2 cents worth

hedgehog, when you buy the dg5 or any of the dg ignitors you have to splice the wires to your wiring harness. i just was telling you that because some ppl dont like doing that, i really dont care. i to have the dynatech cdi, just plug it in and away you go. you get a little more when you go with the dyna, high rev limiter, no reverse over ride, and more timing (stock is 28*/ dyna is 32*). the dg5 only tricks the cdi that you are past a certian speed and ramps the timing a little quicker.

just thought you would like to know the ins and outs of both.

I've been installing 12 volts accessories in vehicles for 20 years so splicing wires is the least of my worries.
