wat is the top speed of prarie 650 2003 becuase me and my freind are in an arguement about the top speed and i'm curious wat the top speed

 

around 68mph

 

I've hit 64 mph , but I weigh over three hundred...

Depends what springs you have in. Stock Springs has a tendency to go faster and CDI has a tendency to go faster. My 02 stock springs with Penland cams would do 67-71 MPH. With Black EPI and Dalton Orange/Blue it does 63: with DANA it does 67 and I weigh 260.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

 

tuffenuff, Im really suprised you lost that much speed by using the the EPI black secondary and Dalton O/B primary. But, everyones atv is different.

 

my 03 top speed is 65. I thought 63 was my top but hit a long road and got 65 before i had to slow.

67 MPH IS fast enough. Im Just tickled with the low end grunt how fast it gets there now. Very rare I get to run it that fast before hard braking.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
Still tinkering with Jets, determined to wring one last drop of performance out of it. Did your cool air mod help any on top end?

 

My 04 p700 will only hit 64 on pavement and I only weigh 175. Is the 650 supposed to have a higher top speed? I didnt think it was...

 

Cams give a little more topend and CDI also gives a little more topend. More RPM & HP = higher speed
