as i said,I would use an infrared camera and hide it well,photographs are iron clad proof in court..set it so it takes multiple pics of the gate being trashed and youve got them for property damage as well..and get the best camera you can afford..after your done busting this guys a$$ youll have a great camera for deer hunting ...you can even use it for security around the home and farm..
