What is Gas Mileage like for Prairie 660 or BForce 650?
#2
I used to get anywhere from 15 to 25 mpg on light trail riding (mostly in 2WD) on my old P650. My current P700 gets about the same, just tiny bit less. But there are so many variables involved on off-road vehicles that affect the mpg, it's hard to compare between two riders or machines. By the way, there is no P660.

Just came back from Coal Creek in TN, we rode over 200 miles in 3 days. There were 6 of us 3 Prairie 650, 1 Prairie 700, 1 Rincon 650 and 1 Grizzly 660. All of us averaged 45 to 48 miles per tank full. The Grizz was slightly worse and hit reserve around the 40 mile mark, the Prairies would have 1 bar left and the Rincon hit reserve once around the 45 mile range.
We always pushed it to the limit of our range almost every time out. We weren't too worried because I still had my 2 1/2 gallon reserve that I could use to run and get gas if needed. BTW we hate to carry extra gas
