Sunk a P300
My friend has a Prarie 399 (99) and he managed to sink it upto the racks in water. He was going along and it started to sputter and he shut it off to avoid hydrolocking it. Once it was pulled out we tipped it on its *** to drain the water in the exhaust.
After that we started it and it ran ok (not good, ok) and the clutch was slipping bad. We had it trailered home.
We checked the oil which looks fine, not discoloration or anything. We pulled the clutch cover and cleaned that out. And the intake was cleaned.
What else needs to be looked over?
