I had my prairie stuck in snow some bit ago. I had to leave it sit overnight because the township plowed me in. Well since that the thumb throttle has been tougher to push. I really didnt notice this until my friend broght it to my attention. I then tested some other prairies and a Brute Force. Now it is always in my head how hard mine is to push. ANyone have this happen before. It is a smooth push just not as easy.

It's because you don't have the Mike Penland easy throttle pusher thigamajigger. I think it is made out of billet. I'm suprised you don't already have an autographed one. Without that, you'll just have to deal with walking around with one big right thumb. Or maybe your thumb is sore because it's always stuck somewhere else! Hmmm??? Or you could just trade it for a KQ!!! LOL!!!

RELAX everyone, I know this guy. Just busting him!

LMAO.......

Not really sure how the thumb throttle is connected on the prarie but you might try greasing the bolt that the throttle lever pivots on or some cable grease maybe you got some water down there and it is causing rust and causing your throttle cable to get hung up in side the sleeve.
