trouble with cracked plastics

Default trouble with cracked plastics

Hey guys I'm a new member just purchased 02 prairie 650 last year.LOOOVE IT, removed shims right away
no problem with belt lots of power but , have problem with black plastics on rear lower cracked used large washers,
looks like hell. Any suggestions would be appreciated.




02 prairie 650
front and rear baskets
27" gators all around
aluminum cv protectors
ITP rims

enjoy it! the black plastic is crap. I'm going to make new black plastic on mine when I get a chance. I use cab ties which looks bad but atleast the cabties will let go first.

look at my pictures, i melted it back together. looks pretty good, if you ask me.

Thanks HAPPY,DEERCHOPPER SUGGESTIONS were great. Went to www.cycle-parts.com found brand new plastics
for $17.00 and change ea. just type in part #. Great prices better than dealer this is the way to go rather than try
to melt together. They even have oem tools for sale Kawi wants to much.Must make an oder of $100.00 or more
but, still worth it. This fourm is great ,I've received so much info from ya'all keep it coming.Nyroc is the man went to
his website learned a lot.Thanks again for all your help.Nice to know all of use Prairie Bros. can share this info.See
