FYI: No shifting on the fly (2wd/4wd) for P650/P700
My dealer (medina ohio) told me it was "OK" to shift up to 10 MPH.
My 03 650 wont go into 4WD unless I roll 5-6 feet. Or at least the indicator on the dash board doesnt say so for a few feet.

I neglected to check your original post date. Hope your 2002 works out OK for you. I just bought a 2002 and it works like a charm. (Knock on wood).
