Pipe for 750 BF, IDS?
It is a Super Trapp IDSX it comes with 12 discs, very quiet it is hard to tell from stock and when you rev it up it sounds like a Ninja. It has a 2 stage pipe and comes in 3 pieces easy to install. I like to keep my quad looking and sounding like stock almost the look of a sleeper then give it the throttle and look out. Most other mufflers are loud to very loud this one I can run all day without having to wear ear plugs.

Alltoys - are you running an IDSX - I was really considering buying one but haven't much about them. Would you recommend it. Reason I ask is that i modded my stock muffler but I think it is rather loud and was looking for good performance in a relatively quiet muffler. Should I grab and IDSX. Also is it a full system? (You said it was three piece)
Thanks!
Thanks!

Travelor,
It should bolt right up the motor is identical to the P 700 the plastic from the BF will bolt up to the Prairie both interchangeable I don't see a problem.
SaskRider,
I run the Super Trapp no one can tell by the sound of my quad that it is modified. It looks no different than yours or anybody else and I like it like that ( a sleeper ). The HMF muffler delivers slightly more hp and torque in the low to mid range but very slight you will not notice the difference, not at all. The Super Trapp does deliver more HP on the top end where as the other mufflers fall off above 8500 rpm. I like the sound I was very impressed with the performance and low sound levels I know you will be too.

I've had an IDS-X for 2 years, the sound is great (not loud) and it makes good power. Some people have complained about breaking bolts in the disc system; just slop the bolts full of copper based anti-seize and it will come apart for you. Once I tried to remove the 3 screws that hold the end cap on; they seemed to be seized in. I sprayed penetrating fluid on the screws in through the end of the cap and the bolts practically fell out.

I've also ran the Supertrapp for the past 2 years. Not that loud with all the disks installed or removed.
Breakfree Penetrant works good on the end cap screws or internal disk screws. Ace hardware also has replacement Allenhead endcap screws.
