Pure utility quad that doesn't know it only has a 219cc engine. Soft ride and not near as fast as most sport/utility ATV's. Very dependable as evidenced by a production run of over ten years.
Great value/performance ratio.

had a 220 for 7 months. machine had good power for its size. pushes real bad in turns, not good on off cambers. traded the 220 (1999) for a "00" polaris trailboss 325. a better machine all the way around. for only $200 more. bought a lakota the same time as the 220 . like it and keeping it also its faster than the trailboss

Well, I like mine ALOT. I would not trade mine for ANY other 250 Class quad. I have had no reliability problems. Fairly easy to modify. I have had mine in 4' water, after i got it out it cranked right back up(after draining it...ect) Could use better shocks though.

When compared to other ATVs in its price range...I wouldn't buy it.

You can get a blaster, a Trailblazer, or a Recon for about the same price.

I'm not saying its not a good ATV, i've never owned or even sat on one. I've heard nothing but good about it.
