Default exhaust pop

I went through the dyna kit install on my Harley, Thunderjet and pipes install as well. I'm gonna guess that since the BF has two carbs then there must be two pilot screws I need to adjust. Are there plugs over them that need to be drilled out? If so maybe this is a process better handled by the dealer so I don't goof the warranty. I didn't care about the warranty on the Harley so much because my plans were to do mods anyway. The BF seems to have more than enough power to perform what I ask of it so I don't plan on any motor mods and would like to keep my warranty in good standing. I may even go ahead and purchase the extended warranty for it. Maybe that would be a good way to make peace with my local dealer after taking my money out of state to buy the rig in the first place???

Thanks for all the great replies...

God bless,
