BF 750 Top speed?
#14
i believe ridinhigh about the speedo being spot on with the 27s.
i have 26" mud lites on mine and the speedo is right on with those tires,
it read about 2 to 3 kilometers faster with the stock tires.
my honda will only do a slow 50 mph but i dont go very fast anyways.
i mostly do trail riding and old logging roads up into the mountains.
and speed dont matter there.

I'm surprised thats all the BF will do. I would have expected well over 75mph. My Grizz will hit about 65-66, due to the clutch kit slowing it down. And with the 27's the speedo is now dead accurate.

Why are you surprised , utilitys are not made for speed ,they are made for torque, I am more surprised that the atv manufactures have let them get this fast , I am glad I have trails instead of roads to ride so I don't have to worry about top speed.[/quote]
Yeah, but you know the way 4x's are now days, Its not about raw power its about speed too. Why else would they have to make a v twin 750. I"m not saying I'd want to go that fast, 65 is fast enough for rock roads around here.
