Default dg3 switch, could I......?

I have had trouble locating a SpDt switch that has on-on positions. I do have a on-off-on switch and was thinking about installing it as to be able to put it in the center "off" position to deter unwanted use. Is this feasable or would it mess up something? I figure if I hid it well enough it would work.

vtwinriot,
I don't see a problem with this method.Does the dg3 give a good explanation of wiring the bypass switch in?Do you need any help(schematics) to wire the ON/OFF/ON switch in?

The quick way to see if it's going to work is to cut the pink wire and see if it runs and/or if it starts what type of irratic performance exsist.

Good luck.M/M

DG gives good instructions on wiring in an on-on switch.
