Default P700 runs kinda hot

I have an 04 prairie 700 with 28 gators, and a high lifter lift kit, other then that it is stock. No matter how hot or cold it is out this thing likes to run on the hot side. I am always making sure the radiator isn't packed with mud. It also seems it runs a lil on the lean side as well. Could my temp. problems be coming from improper jetting? Could it have come from the factory with lean jetting?
What can I do to help keep this thing cool?

Yes it could. The reason its running hot is b/c your jetting is running lean, rejet it as soon as you can!

Also switch to a fully sythetic oil and install one of the modules or a new cdi. These will get rid of the timing retardation which can also lead to hotter temps.
