I have a 250 Bayou and was wondering if anyone has a reccomendation for an aftermarket exhaust and jet size for this machine? Most things I see are for the 220 Bayou, I understand there basicly the same. Looking for a mellow sounding trail approved type muffler that may add a bump in power too. Anybody found out how to make them corner better so that the front end don't slide?

 

I have a bayou 250 and i know for a fact that they only make jet kits, airfilters, and basic mods like that for the bayou 250 no exhaust and major performance mods. On the other hand they make a supertrapp exhaust for the 220 and a cobra exhaust which are most likely able to work on the bayou 250 as well as the 220. I dont really see any point in putting mioney into the bayou cuz it's really just a mess around quad. I also have a lakota sport which is what i spent my money on and putting aftermarket parts. I would just look into jets and airfilter for the bayou 250 no more than that. You will see some increase in power from those 2 mods but nothing really major.
