Prairie or Brute
#1
I now have a Prairie 360 4x2. This was my first ATV and I bought it soley for work. It has grown on me and I now want something a "little" bigger. I'm looking to purchase a new one this summer and would like to here what y'all think is the end all, be all. The big Prairie or the big Brute. Speed is not important, but power is where it's at for me. I don't like getting stuck, so 4x4 is definate. I don't have a winch on my 360 and doubt I'll get one on the new one. The few times I have been stuck, a winch wouldn't have helped.....nothing to hook to. A dozer pushed me out once and the following day it was too muddy for the dozer.

Welcome to the forums!
I would test drive both and then make a decision based on that...
Both machines are excellent IMO.
The Brute Force 750 has better ground clearance and IRS while the Prairie has a solid rear which is better for fast trail riding...
Both are great for work....
The Brute is a little more $$$
Take care@@@@

Back in the day when they made a Prairie 650, Kawasaki came out with a new fangled Prairie 700, and life was good, because it was considerably faster than the Prairie 650 it replaced. So if you want the better handling of the solid rear axle, go with the Prairie 700 over the Brute Force 650. And if you want the smoother ride of IRS, and handling doesn't mean as much to you, then go with the Brute Force 750.
Thats my story, and I'm sticking to it

You can't go wrong with either choice IMO. If I didn't have the KFX already I would have bought the P700. I decided on the Brute and I have no complaints. Plenty of power and clearance, rolls through the rocks and mud with ease.
