I see your point. I got the winch for $69 when I bought the quad, and the dealer tried to tell me the 360 didn't qualify for the winch deal. After the aggravation of proving them wrong, the manager said they would include the mount for my trouble. That's the only reason I have the Kawi mount.
The Kawi mount is most likely made by another company, and sold through them, but I don't know who. The box my Warn winch came in said Kawasaki all over it, maybe my mount is Warn too.
Off-topic, Unithas what size Bearclaws you running and how do you like them?

 

I have 25" bearclaws, I like them they give me much more traction over stock, but I'd also look into the mudlites, I'd probably go with
them if I had it to do over again..
