Default What pilot jets in V-Force? what needle clip position?

Hi guys, a fellow ride friend and Flatlander has a V-Force with dual Pro-Circuit pipes, K&N with no lid, and we're looking for jetting recommendations.

I did a search on old posts, got some good info and a sweet chart that helped alot on main jet selection, he now has 160/165 mains in and seems to be pulling up to peak now very well.

But it has a sputter that is going on at around 1/3 throttle travel, right about the point where the pilot and needle circuits overlap. It idled a bit rough and was hard starting cold so we brought the idle mix screws out 1/2 turn each and that seemed to help. But we definitely need to change the pilots, and possibly raise the needles one notch (drop the clip) if the pilots don't take care of the issue.

So my question is, what pilots are in the carbs stock so I know what to order and where to start, and what pilots did you guys end up with. Please include your altitude info, we are at 700 feet nearly sea level.

Thanks!!
