Default Warn Contactor location on P-360

I'm installing my warn 2500ci & need some ideas as to where to install the contactor?? I have thought over the tool box, but it dont seem solid enough & I dont like the idea of water possibly getting in there..

I have the ramsey winch. I took of the front plastic, and on the left side this is a little nook that it fit perfect into. It keeps it fairly dry, and I have had bo problems so far..

I ended up mounting it on the toolbox as well, called warn & they said it didn't matter if it got wet, just advised to not hit it with forced water like at a car wash, but regular garden hose would be fine.. thanks for the help
