Default How do I get the carbs out?

2003 P650, got it all pulled down to the carbs, how do I get the carbs out? I see there is a front thing with cables, I belive throttle, and the choke lines. Other than that it looks simple, just a few hoses.

I know on my bike the throttle cable re-attach was the biggest pain of the whole deal.

If somone has pics, tips, ect that would be great. I have looked over NYROC and Rattlebars sites but they dont specifically address the removal.

Since Im knee deep in this right now if you PM me with your phone number Ill even call, that would be sweet.

Thanks!

I never take my carbs out. Jetting and needles can be done pretty easy with them left on. But since there off I guess thats easy too.

I wanted to poke around and see if anything was gummed up anyway. I pulled my pilot and main threw them in a baby food jar full of carb clean. Its turned pretty green already, will be interesting to see what comes out tomorrow.
