Default BF650 Rims and Tires

What size tires (height & width) can fit on the stock BF650 rims. Not sure what size they are. I want to put 26's or 27's, but don't want to spend the money on new rims yet. Still up in the air on tires. Probably mudlite or 589's.
stock 25x8-12 tire front
stock 25x10-12 tire back

And when should the BF650 accessories start coming out full speed?

I was just wondering the same thing. I don't have the cash right now for wheels, but I need some freakin tires already!

you can do 26s or 27s without problems on stock wheels. 8,10,or 12 wide. I have 26x10x12 front and 26x12x12 rear in mudlites on stock wheels and no problems. Just remember the bigger tires do take away power so dont get carried away.

Is it too early to swap out the springs if I'm not going to get the 27's yet? Any harm to teh bike in doing the swap?

The springs will help reguardless of tire size. It wont hurt anything but it will help. I personally would leave ths weights alone but I would change springs.

Since I've already got the thread going......which springs would be best for 27's? I've heard about the orange, blue, white, black, and maroon springs, but haven't got a clue which ones would suit my needs.

And I see you've got a 700 belt on your 650? What's the difference there?

Thats really a matter of taste, I personally like the Epi black secondary and the Dalton orange/blue primary. thats orange with a blue stripe. If you like higher engagement the red is good, if you like lower engagement the blue or plain white is good. I compromised and settled on orange/blue.
