I rebuilt my 04 V-force this winter and tool a few pics and put them on my page, let me know what you guys think. Tell me if there is anything you dont like or I should change and I'll look into it. The rebuild is not totally done yet but these pics give you a good idea of what it will look like.

The guards are PRM, and the cover is painted not powdercoated

 

I would be very interested in knowing how well it holds up. The belt cover has a lot of vibration and gets kicked by the feet a lot. I guess its going to take a lot of abuse and I am interested to know how well the paint holds up. I have often wanted to do this to my quad but haven't thinking it wouldn't hold up well at all.
