I can't speak for all of the performance mods that have been suggested to you, but I can tell you that the FST CDI increased my top speed by close to 3 mph, and showed noticable gains throughout the midrange.

Milling the Sheaves will only help increase your top speed and depending on the distance you are racing, the results may not come into play.

The Bart Airbox Kit works good and seems to make more power across the board.
