sand paddles or clutch mods

Buy some 24" Skat Trak Extremes, and spend an extra 20 bucks on an orange/blue spring. The heavier weights simply bring down the stall a little and accelerate the shift out. Although I now run the Dalton weights (they're only 2 grams heavier), I went without them for quite a while. $150 is a lot of money for 4 little weights.
If you go with the big Skat Traks, you'll also want to eventually spend some money on rear wheel spacers. Preferably the 2.5" size. Without them, turning is difficult. With them, you can powerslide much easier.
