Default running a lil rough

ok.. i just got everything all done on my wheeler and everything is listen below.. first day i got it was sunday and it ran so good.. strong on low all they way to top end testing it on trails, some roads, and some feilds and never did it once think about running anything but perfect.. it was like 75 degrees or so maby warm.. well monday i went out riding and it wouldnt idle very good.. it was poping some but stayed running.. it also wouldnt run smoothly when i gave it any gas to bout 1/4 to 1/2 throttle.. when i hit half it ran great and smooth all the way to wide open all way down the road.. but i dont kno why it runs like this when i try to put around.. im guess my mixture screws? im not so sure but i try to turn then and the screw on the back carb wouldnt turn but ill get to it more tomarrow.. but any help would be nice[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

do you think my choke cable is hanning up a lil?

They usually backfire when they are lean (no choke). I would pull the float bowls and verify you don't have any muck or bad gas in there clogging up the pilot circuit.

its not lean on the plugs if anything a lil rich but yea ill cheak the carbs to make sure they are clean.. its puffing out black smoke when it runs rough.. but ill look into it some more.. it really has me pissed off! cause it ran perfect for one day.. oh well thanks
