Default Mojave Torque Specs

Can someone tell me the engine torque specs when reassembling the engine? The one I can think of that I will need are:
Case bolts
Cover bolts (mag and clutch)
Clutch basket
Flywheel
Counterbalancer gear
Head bolts
Cylinder bolts
Valve cover bolts

Anything else?
Or if someone could scan the torque spec page and scan or email (chrisaparker@hotmail.com) that would be awsome!

Thanks in advance.
