Does anyone happin to know if a broken tire rod would be covered under kawis 6 month warrenty. My front left tire rod bent on popped off the tire joint when I was out riding today . If its not covered would anyone know how much it would be to repair. This is my first ATV. Thanks in advance.

it might be covered under warranty but those rods and ends are about worthless. i bought Diamond G rods and ends for a bout $140 and they are about 100 times stronger. they are a pain in the butt to change and get the toe in right but i think they are worth it. the stock ones are cheaper, but like you have expierienced, they wont last too long.

the tierods are about $10.00 a peice but like the other guy said they suck so buy at least two becouse it will happen again
I am going to weld a peice of pipe on over mine just short of the threads to help suport them. they are easy to change just count your threads when you take them out so you put them back in the right place.

My left tie rod broke the first day, popped right out of the socket 20 km in the wood's and the tire buckled, i took it back to the kawa dealer and they covered it under warranty, but they acted like they have never heard of this before, i got the brute back two days later went for another 4 hour ride and the left one came loose, so buy the time i got back to my truck it was tottally bent and broke, so i took it back to the dealer and they WOULD NOT cover this one cause it was bent, so there saying i must of hit something.
rode the quad twice, and it broke twice, now i have no faith in this thing.
so if anyone knows where i can get better tie rods and ends in canada please let me know.
thank's
