The Dirt Wheels article states that the 2005 model now has reinforced gussets on the frame. I think I read that somewhere else as well. Search these forums on that topic. Supposedly, frame cracking was a problem with the '03 and '04 models.

Default should i get a kfx400?

some o3 frames did crack mines ok but i have aftermarket shock on too.but all frames will crack if raced, i seen 450r frames crack from hard xc racing . if you race hard or jump 60ft jumps you have to gusset all quad frames.

if i get it im thinkin bout gettin the factory 4 pipe also.

how good is it in water? like how deep can it go before it gets water in the sir box ...
