Default C.V. boot came loose

Is this a big deal if a rock came up and hit the metal strap on the boot and knocked it loose? Or just get a new strap and fix it? It doesn't appear to have ripped the boot at all just came loose.

should not be a problem as long as you make sure you have clean greese in the joint , just clean it good , put new greese in and a new clamp.
