cutting plastic?

Default cutting plastic?

whats the best way to cut the plastic front feenders on my kfx 400?thanks

first mark out where you wanna cut...then let the bike sit out in the sun for a while to soften up the plastic then use a razor blade to cut along the lines...if you really want you can sand down the edges to make it look almost factory

The reason why i bother is because im getting mud buildup on my fenders and every time i hit a big double or triple i break my fender brackets and it is getting a little costly.

I used an electric jig saw to cut the fenders on my Banshee... Worked real nice....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
