Why do the BF750 have such low Compression compared to the Praires?

Default Why do the BF750 have such low Compression compared to the Praires?

I am pretty sure mine is running lean, that might also be why the fan comes on quite a bit. I have had the new needle put in my front carb and it did not stop my stumble problem, although it does go away for the most part after it gets hot enough for the fan to come. The problem I have is I am not a mechanic and having a slight stumble is better than me screwing up the carb so it doesnt run at all. I have no faith in my dealer either, I would almost trust my no-nothing-about-it self before I would let them mess with my jetting. by the way, why can I not say "d0rk with my jetting"? how is d0rk a bad word?
