Default Yamaha Site shows us a 700 Raptor
The highlights are 686cc, with Fuel injection.....a couple lbs less, holds a little less gas, same suspension specs.

Very similiar to 660.....

A buddy of mine just traded his R1 for a 660 raptor camo model. Not 2 days after he bought it, they announced this..

He is pissed to say the least.

Nothing against the kfx700, {cool motor} but if it had a manual clutch, kawi would sell 3 times as many, imo. Chain drive wouldn't hurt either. Nothing against kawi as my first 3 wheeler was a klt 200, back in 83.

I didnt know the Rappy came in camo?

i nevere heard of a camo rap.....IMO that was a dumb trade anyways.

If he wanted to have some real fun, he could put the R1 motor in the Raptor. I saw one at the dunes in Florence oregon. Pretty impressive. It was crazy fast yo!
