If kawi had the ***** {they don't, just like their 700} to make the 700 a manual, and chain drive, the 700 auto would be discontinued within 6 months, due to lack of sales. Gncc riders on 700's won a few races {bill balence on a yfz 450 dominated the circut} in spite of the auto, not because of it.
LMAO

All the little pencilnecks seem to think you need to shift to be a man. I think I grew out of that when I hit puberty.

I don't even visit this site much anymore because of all the kids and their rude comments. Just ride what fits you and dont worry about anyone elses ride.

The truth of the matter is, the KFX 700 can run with most any sport quad out there when modded. The Auto tranny is actually an asset when drag racing because it shifts faster than any manual tranny.

I totally agree. I come here to exchange ideas and info, but mostly read a bunch of "...My quad can beat your quad, yada, yada, yada."

Who gives a $#!T.

LOL Nice try. I garentee you a banshee will get through all 6 gears before the kfx hits 5th.

LOL, I never said the kfx was a piece of crap, I just said it could be better. You must be to jadded too see that if kfx had a manual tranny, and chain drive, it would feel like it had 100 - 150 MORE CC's. The reason you don"t see kfx's winning [or even entering ] at the baja's, is you cant alter the shaft drive gearing. Are you all so lazy you can't tighten a chain twice a year. It takes 5 mins. So in closing, I stand by my original statement If kfx had a chain drive, and manual clutch/tranny, people would flock to a kawi dealer to buy one, and isn't that why kawi is in business????? To sell the most quads it can??? Or is it to cater to a niche market, where kfx is the worst selling "performance" quad out there. And please spare me the reply of "I dont care how well it sells, I'm having fun".

Well I don't own a kawi but have rode the v force and found it to be a pretty cool machine. kawierider, I should hope that posts like that don't keep you away from this forum I think you'll run into that were ever you go. You can see that I have'nt been here long but I hear people saying a stiff breeze will blow my raptor over- I ignore it even though I don't agree and try to help people with the limited amount of info I can contribute. FYI I look at all the sites kawi, suzuki, bombardier etc because i'm looking into a 4x4 and like to see what kind of problems each brand is having so forgive me for the intrusion.
