Get a Prairie so ya won't get BF'd anymore..........
If the raddiator is not dirty, there are several things to check, it sounds like the dealers techs are whats giving you such a bad impression of what most will tell you is an outstanding quad. Is your quad still under warranty?

If belt is loose it needs to be adjusted by going to smaller shim(s) in your secondary. Only way to tell is to do measurement/deflection check.
Dealer should tell you and noticed if it has been there 3 times. Belt will wear quicker if not periodically adjusted.

when you ride it do you ride in high or low range.
the only time i put mine into high is when im going to go over 30 mph.
you should keep it in low gear as much as possable.
and your belt shoud last for a long time.
i have over 1800 miles on my 700p and the belt is still like new.
all brands have ther lemons maybe you got one.
because i have herd nothing but good stuff about the 650 brute.

The reason I asked about the warranty is the Kawi dealer here has always been kind of a joke. But the Artic cat dealer is great and has a real good service department. The AC V2 650 has the same motor and trans as the Kawi, also the Susuki Twin peaks is a clone so when it is out of warranty I would try a Suki or AC dealer for future service. The only thing I know of, that would smoke a belt that fast would be pulling a heavy load in high. I typicaly get at least 1500 miles out of belt, I almost never run in low unless I need to gear down on a steep decent or I need to pull another quad or somthing heavy a long distance. It has been my experince that belt drives of all types and brands are not that great for pulling, they can do it, but it will require more maintinace and more belts ($$$$) than a gear drive. Just throughing out some ideas, not realy knowing your situation.

Two of my buddies have BF650's, and they are a pile of crap. ALWYAS ALWAYS ALWAYS breaking down, and malfunctioning. They do all the maintanance stuff to them but they still ALWAYs break down. It has gotten to the point were they do not go from from the trucks now, when out for they day beause they know they we will towed home. That is my only experiance with them, however i hear alot of people say they are great.
