I was wandering were the mix screw is located on a 05 kfx 400. I have heard that you have to drill a hole on the carb somewere to get to it. So if someone knows were to do this at please let me know. Any pics of it would be very apperciated

 

look at the left side of your engine, right there beside the black hose from you carb to the engine there is a little piece about a half a inch hanging down,it's right above were the bowl comes off . take your carb out and looking at the bottom(you don't have to take the bowl off) ,that little piece will have a brass plug in it . i took a drill bit half that size and made a little hole,(the screw is about a half inch down ,so push slow ,so you dont go all the way though and hit your screw). then i got a little bigger bit and just got it in good anough to grip it and then i pulled it out, it should just pop out. take you time it will come.
