I just cant decide!
Right now I have a mint BF and can't decide whether to keep mine stock and get a fuel injected model in a year or so when they come out or go ahead and keep mine and fix it up a little. I really dont want to put any money into mine now if i will be selling it in the near future because I will never get the money back out of it. Any thought on what to do???

No matter what you do, there will always be some new Gizmo. If you waited or must have the fastest quad on the block/planet, most of your time will be spent spending LOTS of CASH to keep up with the "Jones's" and waiting/working on your Quad instead of enjoying it.
If you plan on getting a new BF in the future I'd get things that can be swapped over to your future new toy i.e. wheels, tires, Dyna CDI, tie-rods, winch, shocks. etc.
My little old 2002 650 may not be the fastest but when the "Big Boys" pull up to the trailers My little 650 is right there with them, unless of course, I'm towing one of them in.

Hope the new 06.5/2007 SRA comes in silver. The Silver BF750s with chrome wheels are siimply stunning.

Roger on the COLD-BLOODED/WARM-BLOODED. Best bet is to ensure your choke plunger and or springs are not weak and choke not sticking or cable binding. Once my prairie had the new choke springs/cable it only takes a 2-3 minutes to warm up (turn off choke) at 30 degrees or below and less than a minute at 60+ degrees.
I do agree that a reliable & tuneable EFI thats not allergic to a little mud & water would be a God-sen for the V-twins.

Alow me to chime in. I have my reservations about EFI on a quad. Yes i has superiority when changing elevation, though how much is questionable- and riding side hills and cold start. But modding the engine with cams, and opening up the airbox would require a remapping of the algorithms and changing to bigger injectors and so fourth. With the carb, well you know- just change the jets..........
