Anyone ever try Tusk Sintered Metal brake pads?

Default Anyone ever try Tusk Sintered Metal brake pads?

Has anyone ever tried the Tusk Sintered metal brake pads? For $14.95 (Rocky Mtn.) a set they are temping...I'm just afraid of getting what I paid for (if ya know what I mean).

I am running a set right now on my 700. Only about 100 miles on them do far but will check on their wear soon. The price was very good versus the Kawi ones. I can replace them nearly 4 times for the cost of the OEM ones.

I have been running them on my YFZ450 for almost a year now. I think they work great. I was a little nervouse too, but they work as good or better than anything I have ever used.

im planing on ordering some of them tonight for my lakota and a little ttr125L.......right now i have the EBC sinerted metals on the lakota and i paid 35 bucks for them thru dennis kirk and have had them for around a year.....they dont need to be replaced yet but their almost due so i figured id get em ahead of time......the price is great on the tusks so hopefully they will work out
